* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Pets are not allowed at this home. 
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Everything went as planned. The cabin was everything we hoped it would be. We wanted to stay in an older cabin with a lot of character and this cabin delivered! Located just 2 blocks from my daughter's cabin was perfect!

The charming home nestled in a wooded area was just as described. Excellent customer service and a great location! I would highly recommend and look forward to returning. We hiked, enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening, and visited local eateries that did not disappoint.

Was just my daughter and myself, and it was super relaxing. Sue was supposed to bring a couple friends but it fell through at the last minute. We swam, drove around the lake, went to the golf tournament, and just had a great time. Calvin couldn't be cuter and everything worked great. The jacuzzi was amazing and the only thing was it was hot and there is no AC but they had fans. Overall was a great experience and I would def repeat.
