* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean four-wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD are necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in winter months.
* Renters must be 25+.
* Maximum occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
